Executive/Senior Executive - Brand NPD & Sourcing(Carmesi)Reports to: Brand / NPD Manager · Open to recent graduates New Product Development Vendor Coordination Sourcing Operations On-site · Location MumbaiABOUT THE ROLEYou'll work directly with the brand team on the operational backbone of bringing new products tolife — from building BOMs and chasing vendor samples to maintaining project trackers andsupporting sourcing decisions. It's a role for someone who wants to understand how consumerproducts actually get made, not just marketed.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY● Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for new product briefs● Assist in preparing product briefs and spec sheets● Coordinate sample requests and follow up with vendors on timelines● Support packaging and artwork coordination between brand and vendor● Maintain the NPD project tracker and flag delays to the team● Conduct competitor and category research to support NPD decisions● Research and shortlist potential vendors and raw material suppliers● Help organise sample libraries and maintain sourcing records● Collate vendor quotes and prepare basic cost comparison sheets● Sit in on vendor calls and assist with meeting notes and follow-upsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORESSENTIAL· Recently completed an undergraduate degree (business, supply chain, design, or similar — all backgrounds considered), or up to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills

Any prior exposure to retail, FMCG, buying, or operations
