Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to oversee customer projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, deliverables, and resources remain on track. This individual will partner closely with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Service, and Accounting teams to coordinate project execution, manage contract reviews and negotiations, provide project status updates to leadership, and maintain accurate project documentation. The Project Manager will also lead customer-facing meetings, support bid management activities, drive communication across cross-functional stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve project management processes while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within profitability expectations. This position can pay between $85,000-$115,000 based on experience.
Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams
- Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and managing projects through the full lifecycle
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (MS Project preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and ability to travel up to 25%
- PMP certification
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical project environments
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish, French, German, or Mandarin)
- Experience with international customers or global project coordination
