Facility:Dayton Children's - South CampusDepartment:Emergency Department - South CampusSchedule:Full timeHours:36Job Details:This job is to replace FT Paramedic Carey Smith with Victor Borrero as she is moving to PT and he is moving to FT. Not any additional FTEs

Department Specific Job Details:

The Emergency Services Paramedic delivers basic patient care, provides comfort measures, maintains patient care environment, and reports patient responses to the appropriate licensed staff member. The Emergency Services Paramedic is a member of the collaborative practice team and renders care in accordance with the Ohio Public Safety Rule; the Paramedic may perform emergency medical services only under the direction and supervision of a physician or registered nurse designated by a physician and only in the hospital's emergency department or while moving a patient between the emergency department and another department. Required: High School Diploma/ GED, Paramedic Certification, current CPR certification, communication and customer service skills.
