Full job description

Hiring Immediately - Bilingual Production Line Lead - Elgin, IL:

Inergroup is hiring immediately for Bilingual Production Line Lead jobs in Elgin, IL. As a Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for fulfilling work orders through the management of materials, personnel and equipment to meet established performance goals. Weekly pay starting at $22 - $24/hr.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual with ability to communicate in English and Spanish

  • Must have 1-3 years of experience leading teams

  • Must have strong personal leadership and communication abilities

  • Previous Assembly, manufacturing, or Warehouse experience

Responsibilities

  • Track daily attendance

  • Train new employees in the positions they are assigned.

  • Responsible for maintaining production high quality standards.

  • Responsible for tracking and meeting daily production goals.

  • Responsible for keeping accountability of the line production including checking the materials as arrive and returning what is left over.

  • Responsible for filling the line labor summary sheets with each production order as requested.

  • Other production, inventory, and administrative duties as needed.

Schedule - We have openings on 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift:

  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm

  • 3rd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
