Full job description
Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within SPECIAL BOATS TRAINING COMMAND. Responsibilities You will develop strategic plans, conduct analysis, assessments, and monitoring to support creation and execution of Build Partner Capacity (BPC) cases in support of USA Security Cooperation efforts. You will provide subject matter expert in planning, coordination, preparation, and integration of life cycle management. You will schedule and coordinate deployments programmed CONUS in-residence training, and out-of-cycle CONUS in resident training requests staff via the chain of command. You will ensure deploying personnel adhere to all funding laws and deployment directives as per the funding source and mission objectives. You will prepare and present command briefings, reports, and recommendations to various levels of the DoD Chain of Command. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following Developing strategic training plans, conduct analysis, assessments, and monitoring to support creation and execution of comprehensive Building Partner Capacity cases in support of USG Security Cooperations efforts. Employing Security Cooperation/Assistance programs to assist with concept initiation, strategy formulation, planning coordination, and security cooperation plan development for the command. Understanding of the assigned Area of Responsibility to meet Security Cooperation objectives while assisting with the coordination of international engagements to include CONUS in-residence training, Mobile Training Teams, and Strategic Key Leader Engagements. Providing expertise in the integration of life cycle management into Foreign Military Sales, Foreign Military Financing, International Military Education and Training, and other training cases from request through case execution.
