Service Desk Analyst

Our Client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join its IT Service Desk team as a contingent worker. This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Columbus, OH Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days remote)

Pay Range: $21/hr on W2

What’s the Job?

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

• Respond to and resolve service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner.

• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams .

• Document issues, resolutions, and service requests within the ticketing system.

• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users across the organization.

What’s Needed?

• Previous Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams .

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
