Our Corporate Responsibility (CR) department, encompassing Global Philanthropy, Community Engagement, Sustainability, Global Government Relations, aligns with our business strategies and values, supporting communities worldwide. We're seeking a Vice President to support our grantmaking technology product based in Washington, DC or New York. This role involves supporting various grant-making teams and implementing grant-making processes through a salesforce technology platform, reporting to the Business Product Owner.

As a Product Vice President in the Corporate Responsibility, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the grantmaking platform that is used across the department to collect, review, approve, track grantmaking globally. The role represents the business users to technology for priorities and operating the system across the department. across champion users to plan, build strategy for This role will work closely with various teams in CR and technology. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our philanthropic efforts and contribute to our mission of creating pathways to opportunity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Owning roadmap and priorities for the Product, this includes tracking, reporting, discovery and working across users to better develop roadmap

  • Working with Tech and Product leads to monitor activities, track/communicate changes/delays to roadmap.

  • Lead all communications to users – monthly newsletters, issues with the system, and work with teams on training materials, user guides, confluence, etc.

  • Review feature request, participate in discovery sessions, track/participate in various working groups dedicated to the product.

  • Project management across various roadmap items, priorities, meetings and communication demands.

  • Lead short-and-long term projects to support the CR’s overall grantmaking goals and help improve CR's grantmaking process and procedures.

  • Support grantmaking efforts in managing a portfolio of grants

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a collaborative business and or product manager role.

  • Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships with business partners.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Versatile personality type with high resiliency and a commitment to success, and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary to get the job done.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Collaborates and presents technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative, to prioritize and accurately complete multiple tasks, and to work under deadlines and changing priorities

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in a position requiring knowledge of grantmaking is preferred.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred
