Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator - Level 1Job Description

We are seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in NW, Atlanta, GA. This in-person role requires a dynamic individual who can create a welcoming environment while providing exceptional service to colleagues, visitors, and partners. The position is part of the Office & Soft Services job family and is initially available for three months with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and seamless experience for all building entrants, ensuring professional and memorable interactions.

  • Act as the central point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and partners, maintaining clear and consistent communication.

  • Provide front desk and reception cover as needed, managing the welcome area efficiently.

  • Manage visitor processes, including parking and security protocols, with a guest-first mindset.

  • Conduct regular floor walks to monitor safety, room standards, and colleague needs, offering proactive assistance.

  • Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team to maintain a positive environment.

  • Acknowledge and respond to inquiries or issues from employees and visitors, escalating appropriately when necessary.

  • Raise and follow through on maintenance or housekeeping work orders, supporting workplace services such as mail handling and office supplies.

  • Coordinate with vendors to support service delivery and ensure workplace needs are consistently met.

  • Organize and support on-site events, managing space bookings, setup, and coordination with Facilities and Dining teams.

  • Deliver monthly themed community events that celebrate the time of year and local culture.

  • Act as the communication hub for events, ensuring relevant teams are informed and aligned.

  • Follow site-specific security and emergency procedures, communicating promptly with relevant teams.

Essential Skills

  • A degree or relevant experience with up to 2 years in customer service, hospitality, facilities, or administrative support.

  • Ability to follow established routines and apply workplace standards accurately.

  • Strong communication skills, being clear, approachable, and confident in exchanging straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organizational skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in audit, project management, and administrative support.

Work Environment

The role is based in NW, Atlanta, GA, and requires in-person attendance from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. The workplace is dynamic and collaborative, with a focus on providing world-class customer service to employees and guests. The environment supports a positive, can-do attitude and values proactive engagement.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $10.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
