Full job description

This position is eligible for a $8,000 recruitment bonus. Current state employees are not eligible for recruitment payments upon transfer, demotion, or promotion to another agency.

This position performs professional nursing tasks in a clinical role in the management of the nursing care of clients in a correctional facility. The qualified individual must be a registered nurse with a current State of Iowa license, be certified in CPR, be able to triage, adapt to changing environments, have professional communication skills and be a role model. A background in mental health would be a benefit but is not required.
