Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Remote Facets Provider Data Architect/Developer for a top healthcare payer client. This individual will play a key role in analyzing and solving provider data duplication challenges while helping architect a new provider Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise with the TriZetto Facets Provider Module and a strong background in provider data governance, reconciliation, and healthcare data integrations. This person will design scalable data management processes, establish governance standards, oversee provider data migration efforts, and partner closely with both business and technical teams to ensure long-term provider data integrity across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a highly visible modernization initiative and make a lasting impact on enterprise provider data management practices.
Analyze provider data duplication issues across multiple systems and lines of business
Design and architect a new provider Master Data Management (MDM) solution
Develop provider data governance standards and business rules
Create processes to prevent future provider record duplication
Define provider data loading, validation, and management workflows
Lead provider data migration efforts into the new environment
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and governance
Serve as the Facets Provider subject matter expert throughout the project
Support ongoing provider data quality and data management initiatives

Skills and Requirements
5+yrs hands-on experience with the TriZetto Facets Provider Module
Experience with Provider configuration, maintenance, integrations, web services and XPF processing
Experience identifying and resolving duplicate provider records
Provider data matching and reconciliation expertise
Experience creating a Master Data Management (MDM) system
Data governance and data quality initiative experience
Experience creating business rules and governance processes
Strong SQL Server experience
SSIS experience
Healthcare data integration experience
Knowledge of provider data and provider lifecycle processes
Experience working within healthcare payer organizations (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial, etc.) Azure DevOps
Modernization or data transformation projects
Experience with provider data management solutions outside of Facets
Kafka experience
