JOB PURPOSE
We're participating in the LDA Program: Parker’s Leadership Development Associate program offers new team members the opportunity to focus on specific skills to prepare them for leadership positions across the organization.
Throughout the program, team members gain professional and leadership experience and grow through meaningful work assignments and structured learning, while contributing to the success of the organization. Parker recruiters are searching for talented and motivated graduates for placement in a wide range of development programs.
MAIN DUTIES

Complete a minimum of two key departments as Manufacturing engineer, Quality Engineer gaining first-hand experience of manufacturing process

Work on real projects tackling issues

Build the leadership, communication and analytical skills needed for a successful career in manufacturing area
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

Education: The degree of engineer in automation, electrical, industrial system, aerospace or related field

Minimum Grade-Point Average (GPA) of 2.8 or equivalent 7/10

Proficient in English with strong communication skills
