Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 120 N OAK ST City: HINSDALE State: Illinois Postal Code: 60521 Job Description:

Full-Time, 6:30am until 3pm. Weekend rotation, every other Saturday.

Completes all information related to birth certificates, fetal demise, and neonatal deaths, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinates with Health Information Management (HIM) and Case Management regarding birth certificate information for third-party payors and release of information. Sends reports to the State Health Department, Vital Records, Paternity Operations Unit, Coroners, and Mortuaries. Participates in the Bereavement Committee to discuss issues and process improvement opportunities related to fetal demise and neonatal deaths. Provides ongoing communication and education to nursing staff about new regulations, worksheet documentation, and related issues. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
