As a key member of the Project Execution Team, the Tool Equipment Install Technician is an individual contributor reporting to the Tool Install Manager. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Blueprint Reading: Understanding architectural and engineering drawings is fundamental. Candidate must interpret these plans to ensure structures and systems are built according to specifications.

Mathematical Proficiency: Accurate measurements and calculations are critical to avoid costly mistakes and reduce rework.

Tool Handling: Familiarity with a wide range of tools and machinery is necessary. Workers should know how to operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Material Knowledge: Recognizing different materials and their properties helps in selecting the right resources for specific tasks, ensuring durability and compliance with standards.

Problem Solving: Construction sites and factories often present unexpected challenges. The ability to quickly devise solutions keeps projects on track.

Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Supplier Management: Managing suppliers and contractors and ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

Lean Principles: Applying lean principles to ensure efficient and safe construction through commissioning operations.

Safety: Build and drive safety Culture of Care in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to tool equipment construction and commissioning execution.

Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:
-
Associate's Degree related to semiconductor manufacturing (electronics, electronic engineering technology, engineering or other related technical field of study)

2+ years technical experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process tool install, equipment maintenance or military technical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or another related technical field.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
