This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial team where your expertise will directly impact clients' financial futures while contributing to the firm's continued growth.

  • Tax-efficient planning strategies

  • Cash flow and liquidity management

  • Concentrated stock positions

  • Charitable giving strategies

  • Executive compensation and business planning

  • Collaborate with internal investment, tax, estate planning, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

  • Coordinate with external professionals including CPAs and attorneys when appropriate.

  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Drive planning initiatives from recommendation through implementation.

  • Ensure every client receives a high-touch, personalized experience.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory services.

  • Active Series 65 license.

  • Strong expertise in holistic financial planning and wealth management.

  • Experience leading client meetings and managing ongoing client relationships.

  • Knowledge of investment management, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning strategies.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong relationship-building abilities with a client-first mindset.

  • Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients and their families.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFP® certification.

  • Experience working within an RIA environment.

  • Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and families.

  • Knowledge of executive compensation, charitable planning, and wealth transfer strategies.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with attorneys, CPAs, and other financial professionals.
