Overview

The Administrative Services Coordinator I will provide administrative support and coordinate submission of purchase-related items for staff at the Center for

Neuropsychological and Psychological Assessment (CNaP).

Responsibilities

1.Provide administrative support services to CNaP including but not limited to mail distribution, maintaining staff coffee service and patient snacks spaces, managing inventory and ordering supplies, managing printers, submitting facilities requests.

  1. Support administrative processes by maintaining and updating Fairmount parking passes, assigning phone numbers to staff and trainees, request drops or

lines, and update email groups, staff bios on website, monthly scheduling templates, name plates and business cards.

  1. Enter purchase related information into appropriate system, including staff reimbursement requests, invoices, and purchase requests.

  2. Schedule patient transportation as requested.

  3. Organize medical records files and take them to the Fairmount mailroom for pick-up.

  4. Provide administrative support for department conferences, training, and other events. Coordinate travel and itineraries for speakers and visitors.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent education is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Two years of administrative support experience in a clinical or pediatric setting is required.

Minimum pay range

USD $40,043.12/Yr.

Maximum pay range

USD $66,204.53/Yr.
