Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a senior project manager for STV Inc's PMCM team in Northern California. The candidate needs a strong history of recent experience representing owners on capital programs, facility upgrades, and renovations of capital projects specifically within correctional facilities/courthouse. The successful candidate will assume a role in our division managing capital program management/owner’s representative assignments. They will represent the owner and owner stakeholder groups and be an integral part of a high-performing team of professionals leading the delivery of projects and programs. Skills and Requirements
- 15+ years of Project Management experience.
- Owner's Representative or Capital Program Management experience.
- Experience managing jail/courthouse/correctional capital projects, facility upgrades, and renovations.
- Strong budget, cost, schedule, forecasting, and risk management experience.
- Experience overseeing design and construction activities.
- Experience leading project teams and mentoring staff.
- Strong client, contractor, consultant, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and project management software.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Healthcare capital project experience.
- Large public-sector capital program experience.
- PMP, CCM, or similar certification.
