Job Duties
Develop and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
Plan and lead engaging daily activities aligned with Head Start standards.
Observe, assess, and record each child’s development.
Collaborate daily with a co-teacher, classroom aide, and volunteers to support children and families.
Minimum Education Required
Minimum: Infant/Toddler Child Development Associate (CDA)
Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with experience teaching young children.
Minimum Experience Required
Experience teaching young children.
