Inductotherm Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Shop Clerk to join our Team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Shop Clerk who will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Manufacturing team, ensuring efficient workflow and day-to-day operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibility for assigned staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including proofreading, filing, and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Order parts and supplies and create material requisitions and transaction records.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support daily operations.

  • Enter, retrieve, and process data accurately using computer systems and databases.

  • Complete assignments involving data entry, information gathering, reporting, forms, and basic graphics.

  • Work independently with a high level of attention to detail and strong filing/organizational skills.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling a high volume of work accurately and efficiently.

  • Set priorities, develop work plans, and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong administrative and office support skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective organizational and time-management skills

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • At least 1 year of administrative or professional experience in an office environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand written information

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Maintain a professional, business-appropriate appearance and demeanor

  • Hold a valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile.

  • Sit at a workstation for long periods of time and able to traverse the building.

  • Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.

Salary:

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00/hour

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.

Condition of Employment:

Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment, drug testing, and a background check.
