Looking for a stable career with room to grow? We're hiring Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team at a locally owned company that continues to expand its products and operations!

What You'll Do

• Mix and batch ingredients according to recipes

• Operate blending and mixing equipment

• Monitor and replenish production materials

• Follow production procedures and quality standards

• Perform sanitation and cleaning tasks

• Use a forklift (if certified)

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing or production experience

• Food processing, blending, or mixing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and work ethic

• Ability to work independently and on a team

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. repeatedly

Bonus Qualifications

• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience

• Forklift certification

• Food, beverage, dairy, or ingredient production experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elma, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.75 - $24.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
