  • Direct day-to-day transportation activities, ensuring shipments, pickups, and route plans are executed on time and with consistent service quality.

  • Lead drivers and transportation personnel by assigning schedules, providing coaching, monitoring performance, and supporting ongoing development.

  • Organize routing and dispatch plans to optimize delivery flow, equipment usage, and operational efficiency across transportation activities.

  • Oversee fleet readiness by tracking preventive maintenance, inspections, fuel consumption, and vehicle-related expenses.

Requirements • 3–5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a closely related field.

  • Prior experience supervising drivers, dispatch personnel, or transportation staff in an operational setting.

  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations, safety expectations, and compliance practices.

  • Familiarity with transportation management, fleet tracking, or logistics software used to support daily operations.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, solve operational problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments and external partners.
