Charter Sales Representative - Aurora, IL - Onsite

Our 250+ local customer service centers (CSCs) are supported by regional operations teams located throughout North America.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming customer inquiries

• Participation in outbound sales calls/campaigns

• Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers

• Communication / coordination with local Charter Operations Teams

• Booking and confirming trips

• Follow up on pending quotes

• Invoicing, payment processing, and collection in certain markets

• Other duties as assigned

The hourly wage is $22-$25/hour for this position.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent

• 3-5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales· Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

• Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task effectively

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
