Delivery Ops/Mail Finishing

Seeking a dependable Customer Service/Mailroom & Shipping Associate to support daily mail, shipping, receiving, and distribution operations in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, operating mail and finishing equipment, tracking shipments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Sort, process, distribute, and track incoming/outgoing mail and packages -Prepare shipments using USPS, FedEx, and other delivery services -Operate mailroom equipment including inserters, sorters, postage meters, scales, and finishing equipment -Perform folding, inserting, labeling, packaging, and fulfillment tasks -Maintain shipping records, logs, and inventory of supplies -Assist with tracking and resolving mail or delivery issues -Use Microsoft Office and mail/shipping software for daily operations -Maintain accuracy, security, and quality standards -Lift packages up to 50 lbs, operate a pallet jack, and walk throughout a three-floor building Shift: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM Professional work environment and professional dress code Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs Must be able to operate a pallet jack Must be comfortable walking throughout three floors of one building

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.34 - $21.62/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
