Full job description

Salary: $38- $42 / per hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments, identifying appropriate behavior goals and intervention techniques

Develop individualized behavior change plans for a diverse client base

Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, maintaining high rates of progress

Maintain strong collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff

Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians

Qualifications:

Passion for working with children with special needs, and commitment to excellence in applied behavioral analysis

Current Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certificate OR Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) license (or ability to apply)

Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
