  • Full-cycle HR administration: recruitment, termination, vacations, staffing, timesheets, and reporting;

  • Drafting, managing, and amending employment contracts;

  • Absence management for payroll (sick leave, vacations, other absences);

  • Automate HR processes and record HR-related operations in 1C;

  • Develop local regulations, job descriptions, and other HR documentation;

  • Issue employment certificates and employee references

  • Military records maintenance;

  • Ensure labor protection and fire safety compliance with professional outsourcing support;

  • Provide legal support for business trips;

  • Manage correspondence, including drafting responses to government agencies;

  • Advise management and employees on labor law issues;

  • Provide contract law support when acting as Legal Counsel replacement (leases, supply contracts, service agreements, etc.);

  • Stay updated on relevant legal changes;

  • Participate in other complex and interesting tasks with the Operations team.

What We Believe are Important Traits for This Role

  • Possesses good knowledge of labor and military registration laws in Belarus

  • The candidate should have a legal background (it’s not a must but something we focus on and are seeking for);

  • Experience with 1C module, experience in automation of HR Records-related processes, proficient computer skills, including relevant software applications;

  • At least one year of HR Records management experience in a 100+ employee company; independent and effective team player;

  • Strong document drafting skills, especially in HR Record-keeping;

  • English level - at least A2, preferably B1 and higher;

  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and results-driven;

  • Motivated, proactive, customer focused and committed to high-quality performance;

  • Able to provide two positive professional references.
