Full job description

We are looking for an associate between classes of 2020 and 2023 with transactional executive compensation experience to join the Executive Compensation and ERISA team in either DC or NY.

Candidate must be licensed to practice law or otherwise eligible for admission in the jurisdiction where they are applying.

The Firm pays market salaries to our attorneys. As such, below is the current associate base salary scale:

  • 1st year: $225,000

  • 2nd year: $235,000

  • 3rd year: $260,000

  • 4th year: $310,000

  • 5th year: $365,000

  • 6th year: $390,000

  • 7th year: $420,000

  • 8th year: $435,000

The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. Salary Range $260,000—$390,000 USD
