Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Reasonable Accommodation (RA) / ADA Consultant for a leading nonprofit client. This consultant will serve as the organization's subject matter expert for ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations, helping manage incoming accommodation requests while enhancing the overall program structure. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience navigating complex accommodation cases, improving policies and workflows, and training internal teams on best practices. This is a highly visible, part-time opportunity where the consultant will partner directly with leadership to strengthen accommodation processes and ensure a best-in-class employee experience. The client is looking for a true expert who can make an immediate impact while providing strategic guidance and operational support.

Skills and Requirements

Deep expertise in ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and Reasonable Accommodations (RA) Proven experience managing and evaluating accommodation requests Strong knowledge of employment law and ADA compliance requirements Experience improving and scaling accommodation programs/processes Ability to train and mentor internal HR/Benefits teams Excellent stakeholder communication and consultation skills Ability to work independently in a part-time consulting capacity Experience supporting Benefits or HR organizations Background developing accommodation policies and best practices Experience auditing and optimizing existing RA programs Nonprofit or healthcare-related industry experience Certifications or specialized training related to ADA compliance, accommodations, or employee relations
