Warehouse Associate

Location: Worcester, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: 19/hr

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

Adecco Staffing is searching for a dependable and hardworking Shop / Warehouse Support Associate in Worcester, MA to help keep our facility organized, clean, safe, and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean work environment, caring for company equipment, and jumping in wherever support is needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop or warehouse environment.

  • Keep tools, equipment, and work areas neat and in good working condition.

  • Clean and organize the work area at the end of each shift.

  • Safeguard company tools, equipment, and supplies and promptly report any issues or damage to the appropriate leader.

  • Assist with a variety of facility and warehouse tasks, including:

  • Cleaning and general upkeep

  • Dusting and detailing

  • Painting

  • Picking up equipment and supplies

  • Transporting company mail

  • Providing coverage when other employees are absent

  • Follow all applicable environmental regulations and company procedures .

  • Properly dispose of chemicals, trash, and other materials in designated areas.

  • Participate in recycling efforts as required.

  • Immediately report any potential environmental, safety, or facility concerns.

  • Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

  • Follow all applicable quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements .

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to take on a variety of hands-on tasks and support the team wherever needed.

  • Ability to safely handle and care for tools, equipment, and workplace materials.

  • Commitment to following company safety, quality, and environmental procedures .

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
