Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Analysts, Talent Acquisition Program and Compliance to support GXO Logistics' Talent Acquisition team. This individual will provide compliance and program support for a large recruiting organization, helping manage background screening processes, staffing vendor audits, reporting initiatives, and various compliance-related projects. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting HR, recruiting operations, compliance, or legal-related functions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Compliance, Legal, or a related field
  • Experience working with background screening processes
  • Experience partnering with a background check vendor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Light Excel experience
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience auditing staffing agency compliance processes
  • Understanding of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations
  • Experience supporting I-9 compliance initiatives
  • Compliance, HR operations, recruiting operations, or legal support background
  • Experience managing reporting and demographic data collection
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills •Positive, team-oriented attitude
