Job Description
The Maintenance Planner supports refinery operations by developing job plans, coordinating materials, and ensuring maintenance activities are executed safely and efficiently. These roles work closely with supervisors in assigned zones and require strong SAP capability, mechanical understanding, and the ability to manage BOMs, parts, and work kits.
This position is hired through Insight Global and will work side‑by‑side with refinery leadership during onboarding and daily planning activities.

Skills and Requirements

Mechanical or industrial maintenance background.

Strong SAP proficiency, including the use of planning and purchasing transaction codes.

Computer‑savvy with the ability to learn systems quickly.

Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination.

Strong communication skills for daily interaction with supervisors and technicians.

Safety‑first mindset with participation in daily briefings. • Ability to create BOMs and interpret technical documentation.

Refinery or heavy industrial maintenance experience.
•Experience planning work for pumps, motors, conveyors, tanks, and rotating equipment.
