Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Production Specialist I for a leading medical device manufacturing client. This individual will join a growing production team responsible for cleaning, testing, assembling, and supporting the manufacturing of innovative devices in a clean and highly organized environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career within manufacturing. Extensive training is provided, and the company is known for promoting from within, offering employees exposure to multiple departments including manufacturing, operations, technical, and leadership pathways. Many leaders started in entry-level positions, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to get their foot in the door and grow into a rewarding career.

Skills and Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

  • Ready and willing to learn in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong reliability and attendance record

  • Professional communication skills

  • Ability to work in a clean room environment

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen Authorized to work in the United States

  • Manufacturing or production experience

  • Assembly experience

  • Soldering experience

  • Quality inspection or testing experience

  • Clean room experience

  • Recent technical or trade school graduates Candidates interested in long-term career growth within manufacturing
