AJO Architect

Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a AJO Architect to join their team to help with an AJO implementation, a new platform focused on customer communications and Journey orchestration.

Core Responsibilities: The architect is required to consolidate legacy platforms, define all-channel communications, and orchestrate personalization. o Must have specific, hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and be capable of challenging service implementers. o Will contribute to wave modernization efforts. Technical Acumen: Expected to be hands-on, including coding and deep diving into the tech stack. o Needs an understanding of Adobe products, AKS (Azure Kubernetes), and Event Hub service flows, even if "not professional in all those things, but should have an understanding how those technologies work

Skills and Requirements

-10+ years of Architecture Experience -Hands on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer -Azure Kubernetes background -Event Hub Service flows experience -Experience in pharmacy or health background, particularly with "hivo" implementation, is a plus -Knowledge of Adobe from a campaign role.
