Create initial drafts of discovery materials, declarations, and other supporting legal documents for attorney review.
-
Provide hands-on assistance with trial readiness, including organizing exhibits, coordinating materials, and supporting attorneys during active proceedings.
-
Communicate with clients, outside counsel, and service providers to facilitate document exchange, scheduling, and case updates.
-
Manage new matter intake and maintain consistent follow-up to support smooth communication throughout the life of each case.
-
Organize and maintain physical and electronic case records using document management tools and established filing practices.

Format pleadings, supporting exhibits, motions, and related documents to meet court and firm standards. Requirements • At least 3 years of paralegal experience, ideally within litigation-focused legal settings.
-
Working knowledge of court rules and filing procedures in both state and federal jurisdictions.
-
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous deadlines and priorities in a high-volume practice.
-
Strong organizational skills with careful attention to accuracy, formatting, and document control.
-
Experience supporting substantive litigation tasks, not solely administrative or clerical work.

Proficiency with e-filing platforms, litigation calendars, and case management technology.
-
Background in trial preparation is preferred.
-
Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Westlaw, or similar legal technology platforms is beneficial.
