Summary

About the Position: This is a Flyer Announcement for a Supervisory Management Analyst GS-0343-12 position with Atlantic Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune. This is a Flyer Announcement - Resume, Transcripts, Licenses and Certificates need to be emailed to Denise Foy @ [email protected]

Duties

  • Responsible for the accuracy of statistical and expense recording data that assigns cost factors to work centers.
  • Analyzing various reports for cost distribution
  • Develops local MEPRS policy and manages data collection, processing, and Data Quality control program reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for directing a subordinate support staff, planning short- and long-range priorities, and preparing schedules for work completion.
  • Manages a number of automated expense and manpower management systems.

Qualifications

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyzing labor cost data for accuracy and compliance with regulations; utilizing automated systems to input expense and/or personnel data; preparing financial reports using financial systems; assisting with workload distribution of subordinates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
