Job Title: Maintenance Manager Job Description
As a Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all facility and equipment maintenance operations to maximize uptime and productivity. You will manage and develop maintenance technicians through training, coaching, and performance management. Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures is a key aspect of this role. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and utilize CMMS software to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities. Additionally, you will control maintenance budgets, manage spare parts inventory, and maintain vendor relationships. Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards is crucial. You will lead equipment installations, facility improvements, and capital projects, partner with operations and production teams to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordination with outside contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance work is also part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and regulatory documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
