Job Title: Recruiter
Sugar Land, TX (Onsite) 6-Month Contract $30-$40/hr
About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts during a period of organizational growth and acquisition activity. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, EPC, and other technical positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to drive hiring strategy and deliver a strong candidate experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a recruiting process from start to finish, and acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
What You'll Do
-
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance

Partner directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
-
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
-
Conduct candidate screens and assess qualifications, compensation expectations, and overall fit
-
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication throughout the hiring process
-
Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates and recruiting market feedback
-
Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation
-
Support offer creation, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination
-
Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Serve as a trusted resource for candidates and hiring managers

What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience
-
2-3+ years of agency/staffing recruiting experience, OR
-
4-5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
-
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
-
Strong sourcing and recruiting fundamentals
-
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers
-
ATS experience
-
Strong Microsoft Office skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Sugar Land, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
