Job Title: Shop Hand / Entry Level Production Worker Job Description
Join our team in an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. We are offering 1st and 2nd shifts for a special facility improvement project. Start your career in production by contributing to facility upkeep and gaining valuable experience.
Responsibilities

General cleaning and organization throughout the facility

Painting walls, equipment, and work areas as needed

Cleaning and preparing machinery and production equipment
-
Assisting with facility appearance and improvement projects
-
Performing basic patching, touch-up, and maintenance tasks
-
Removing debris and maintaining a clean, safe work environment

Supporting project needs as assigned

Experience with hand and power tools

Basic skills in production and assembly
Additional Skills & Qualifications

No previous manufacturing experience required

Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift

Work Environment
Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility where the shop floor can get very hot and dusty. The rest of the facility is climate controlled, with tasks split between both areas depending on daily needs.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Washington, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
