Join Rock Hill School District as a Human Resources Manager and lead recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and workforce initiatives that support operational excellence and student success across the district.
Partner with district leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent while driving employee engagement, performance, and HR best practices in a dynamic K-12 education environment.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range: $56270 per year - $72820 per year
