Location: Loris Area (Olsten Staffing is hiring for major employer in Loris)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour

Environment: Smoking workplace

Position Overview

Seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Order Picker to support operations during a busy period. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet throughout the day and maintaining a strong sense of urgency while accurately fulfilling customer orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick and process customer orders accurately throughout the entire shift

• Follow written pick lists and instructions with attention to detail

• Maintain productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse setting

• Walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday

• Meet daily production goals and performance expectations

• Ensure orders are completed correctly and on time

• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies

• No cell phone usage is permitted on the warehouse floor. Cell phones may only be used during scheduled breaks in designated areas.

Qualifications

• Strong reading comprehension skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a high-urgency, physically active environment

• Comfortable standing and walking for the full shift; comfortable shoes are required

• Comfortable working around available smoking areas

• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a strong attendance record

• Ability to comply with the no cell phone policy while on the warehouse floor

Attendance Expectations

This position includes a 90-day probationary period . Employees are expected to maintain excellent attendance with no absences or tardiness during the probationary period .
