  • Review current supply chain processes and identify where systems, data, or workflow changes can improve performance.

  • Help standardize how teams work across procurement, warehousing, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

  • Simplify workflows where possible so teams can work faster, with fewer handoffs and less rework.

  • Use input from the field and from business teams to improve how work gets done.

  • Define the key reports and measures that show where supply chain processes and systems are working and where they need improvement.

═══════════════════════════════════════ TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT ═══════════════════════════════════════

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and integration of supply chain systems, including WMS, TMS, and ERP-related tools.

  • Work with IT to make sure solutions fit within company standards and connect well with existing systems.

  • Help teams prepare for rollout by defining business needs, testing solutions, and supporting adoption.

  • Look for ways to improve how systems work together so teams have better data and fewer manual workarounds.

  • Own the business side of system improvements after go-live, including gathering feedback, setting priorities, and working with IT on updates and fixes.

═══════════════════════════════════════ CHANGE MANAGEMENT ═══════════════════════════════════════

  • Lead change efforts tied to new systems, process updates, and ways of working.

  • Set clear expectations early so teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and what support they will have.

  • Listen to feedback, address issues early, and adjust where needed to improve adoption.

  • Help teams move through change in a practical way that limits disruption and keeps work moving.

  • Make sure users are trained and ready before new tools or process changes go live.

═══════════════════════════════════════ SUPPORT AND DOCUMENTATION ═══════════════════════════════════════

  • Support team growth through coaching, mentoring, and clear direction.

  • Make sure key workflows, decisions, standards, and system requirements are documented and easy to follow.

  • Provide day-to-day guidance to teams working on supply chain technology efforts.

  • Help maintain a consistent approach across projects, teams, and locations.

  • Work with Divisional leadership to prioritize efforts that will have the greatest impact.

  • Support long-term planning for systems, process improvements, and team capability.
