-
Execute test plans based on scheduled dyno time and work tickets, preparing vehicles and equipment for testing, and moving between dyno cells as needed to support multiple teams.
-
Run full-vehicle tests by collaborating with engineers to conduct specified drive cycles that simulate road conditions, collect data, review results, and implement changes to parts or systems when required.
-
Use hand and air tools to perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of vehicle components, test fixtures, and instrumentation hardware.
-
Coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining effective communication with engineering staff and fellow technicians.
-
Perform repetitive physical activities including bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting vehicle components up to 50 pounds unassisted, and moving test equipment and portable tools weighing approximately 70200 pounds around the shop.
