🛠️ What You'll Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, Pulse, and Flux Core welding

• Fabricate pressure vessels, piping systems, and custom assemblies

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

• Select appropriate welding methods and equipment for each project

• Work primarily with carbon steel and stainless steel materials

• Conduct quality inspections and verify measurements

• Use calipers, squares, and precision measuring tools

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams

• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency

🎯 What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of welding experience

• Experience with MIG, TIG, Pulse, and/or Flux Core welding

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Carbon steel fabrication experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work in a custom fabrication environment

Preferred:

• Stainless steel fabrication experience

• Pressure vessel, piping, or custom fabrication experience

• ASME certification or code welding experience

• Knowledge of ASME and AWS standards

• Inspection and quality control experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockport, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
