Are you passionate about helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve lasting recovery? We are seeking compassionate and clinically strong mental health professionals to join a supportive, faith-based outpatient treatment facility in Madison, Tennessee .

This organization provides comprehensive addiction and behavioral health services through Outpatient Detox, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient Therapy programs. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those seeking recovery.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy

• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups

• Complete clinical documentation using Behave Health EMR

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers, and clinical leadership

• Deliver evidence-based treatment utilizing CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and other best practices

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission standards, ASAM Criteria, and Tennessee behavioral health regulations

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPC, LMHP, LMSW, or related behavioral health license

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field

• Minimum one year of addiction counseling or mental health experience

• LMSW candidates must have strong clinical experience and be eligible to practice under appropriate LCSW supervision

• Current CPR certification and applicable health clearances as required
