What You Will Do :

  • Read, interpret, and apply engine manuals, customer work scopes, specifications, and tolerances.

  • Perform advanced borescope inspection processes using specialized tooling and precision measurement equipment.

  • Accurately document inspection findings and engine configuration data to support engine overhaul and build processes.

  • Complete and review technical documentation including Engine Inspection Reports (EIRs), fits and clearances, and SAP transactions.

  • Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams to support on-time engine delivery and operational excellence.

  • Meet production, quality, and inspection goals in a fast-paced FAA-regulated environment.

Qualifications You Must Have : ** **

  • HS Diploma or GED

  • 1+ years of engine overhaul, inspection, maintenance, or repair experience.

  • Experience operating borescope inspection equipment and interpreting inspection results.

Qualifications We Prefer :

  • Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate

  • Working knowledge of borescope inspection equipment and inspection techniques.

  • Experience using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications and SAP

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
