Position Summary

Contributes support for departments and department supervisors. Coordinates department activities, workflow, and resources to achieve daily goals. Maintains accuracy and performance standards and ensures compliance with safe work practices.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts routine technical support tasks for the warehouse area under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes to internal team.

  • Gathers feedback from employees across the company to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs.

  • Communicates with supervisors to determine departmental staffing needs and assignments.

  • Maintains metrics for the distribution department to monitor transactions at all levels of service.

  • Collects data from the distribution department on key performance indicators to measure against expected outcomes.

  • Monitors the day to day operations and performance of the distribution department; applies LEAN principles to execute operations efficiently.

  • Operates forklifts and material handling equipment for the distribution warehouse and educates staff on safety protocols.

  • Defines the distribution strategy to the departments teams and provides the roadmap for a smooth operation.

  • Organizes workloads and educational resources for the distribution team to ensure operations stay on schedule.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior Relevant Work Experience

  • 0 -1 year

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
