Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) – Full-Time

Minnesota Urology P.A.

Minnesota Urology P.A. is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Clinical Assistant (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) to join our collaborative care team. This in-person role offers the opportunity to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.

The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. Position Overview

As a Clinical Assistant, you will support providers with clinical tasks and help ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic clinical duties. This position will be focuses on overseeing the busy lab schedule and needs advanced phlebotomy skills.

This role may require occasional travel to satellite clinic locations, providing opportunities to expand your experience and work alongside a variety of providers.

Additional responsibilities include:

Educating patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures

Communicating effectively with patients and care team members

Answering, documenting, and responding to patient phone calls

Supporting clinic operations and assisting team members as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Requirements:

Completion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in Minnesota

Ability to provide compassionate, respectful patient care

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools

Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
