-
Research and evaluate ad hoc benefits offerings and program enhancements; quantify value, define success measures, and prepare materials for senior leadership review and approval
-
Analyze healthcare data sets, including medical claims, to generate insights on program and plan performance; partner with plan managers to develop strategies and recommendations, and prepare presentations summarizing findings and proposed actions
-
Manage cross-functional deliverables with internal and external stakeholders; interpret reporting and financials; support risk/compliance efforts and plan audits; and drive operational excellence
-
Collaborate with partners across benefits data and reporting, benefits delivery and customer service, wellness, finance, HR technology, IT security, legal, and sourcing

-
Builder’s mindset that experiments, measures, learns, and iterates, bringing fresh, practical approaches to solve complex problems
-
Ability to effectively lead and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
-
Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and a high level of attention to detail

-

-
