How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Gather patient and clinical data from healthcare systems to maintain current records.

  • Fulfill data requests and produce summary reports on clinical outcomes, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance.

  • Analyze clinical data to support performance improvement, quality management, and patient safety initiatives.

  • Support audits and maintain quality databases by verifying record accuracy and resolving data inconsistencies.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR associate's degree/bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences:

  • In-patient rehab experience 1+ year

  • Position is On-Site
