  • Utilize threat modeling methodologies to strengthen architecture, application, network, and data security controls.
  • Map customer requirements and security frameworks including NIST, RMF, DISA, OMB, FedRAMP, and FISMA to technical security solutions.
  • Assist with tracking and documenting enterprise Zero Trust progress against Department of Defense objectives and milestones.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert within assigned Zero Trust pillars and mentor engineers, architects, security professionals, and program teams.
  • Collaborate with government and industry partners to evaluate and influence Zero Trust best practices and standards.
  • Stay current on emerging cybersecurity technologies, trends, and Zero Trust capabilities.

Skills and Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in network engineering, architecture, or security engineering.
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies (Splunk, Palo Alto, Cisco, Zscaler, Microsoft Security, ELK, etc.).
