Work you'll do
As a Techno-functional PLM Consulting Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

Delivering end to end complex Product Lifecycle Management transformations in a fast-paced, team environment
-
Conducting business assessments to identify gaps, build roadmaps, and develop the business case for PLM transformation.

Manage workstream leads across functional areas including engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT
-
Drive milestone achievement, status reporting, and steering committee communications
-
Ensure deliverable quality across design, configuration, integration, data migration, and validation workstreams
-
Leading and supporting Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) pursuits and development of practitioners in the product development practice

Contributing to knowledge-sharing forums that strengthen Deloitte's capabilities and support client problem-solving

Building experience across current and emerging PLM solutions
A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Deep understanding of product development and engineering processes related to the process industries in advanced chemicals, lubricants or advanced materials - BOM management, engineering change control, document management, LIMS/ELN integration, MES integration, CAD/PDM integration, , technical publications, product costing, requirements management, regulatory management, and product data governance

Ability to manage products in complex manufacturing settings-spanning process, hybrid and discrete manufacturing situations

Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

You will work closely with operations leaders, plant managers, and IT teams to design and implement solutions that enhance production efficiency, quality, visibility, and traceability across the manufacturing value chain.
Qualifications
Required:
-
8+ years of experience using, implementing, supporting, or advising on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions
-
Experience in the formulated and process industries in chemicals and/or advanced materials
-
Delivery experience on one or more major industry relevant PLM platforms (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Enovia, SAP PLM, Aras, or equivalent)
-
Experience with software development lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering and solution design
-
Bachelor's degree
-
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
-
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree specifically in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or business
-
Familiarity in product creation and management in regulated industries.
-
8+ years experience in assisting clients to manage a complex portfolio of products from ideation to commercialization and retirement of products.
-
Experience in consulting or as an internal consultant within a Fortune 500 organization
-
Experience supporting Product Lifecycle Management pursuits or practice development initiatives
-
Experience managing programs in at least one regulated or complex industry: chemicals or advanced materials
-
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to PLM implementations, such as, ISO 9001:2015, EU REACH, etc.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141-200-$278,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
