Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Premium Ticketing is responsible for overseeing and developing the Premium Ticketing team while driving strategic initiatives that maximize ancillary revenues across both touring and regional markets. This role leads the planning and execution of complex premium ticketing programs, ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, and alignment with company objectives. The Senior Manager will partner closely with Executives, Directors, senior leadership, internal teams, and external clients to deliver best-in-class premium ticketing experiences and optimize revenue opportunities.
Essential Functions

Provide oversight and leadership for assigned Premium Ticketing initiatives (including VIP Packaging, Dynamic Pricing, and other programs) across international, domestic, and regional territories.

Manage ticket inventory, allocations, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and maximum revenue optimization.

Develop, coach, and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with program goals and company standards.

Manage and schedule assigned personnel within the division, while supporting executive and director-level teams in delegating and balancing workloads effectively.

Lead the development of strategies, budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support Premium Ticketing initiatives and drive business objectives.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create collateral, enhance customer engagement, and deliver a best-in-class premium experience.

Represent the company at events, shows, and industry functions, ensuring seamless execution of premium programs and strengthening client and partner relationships.

Oversee vendor relationships, including procurement, merchandise development, contract negotiation, and financial reconciliation.
Required Qualifications
-
• BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business, Sports Management, Entertainment, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

6-8 years Of related work experience including experience in the live entertainment industry

Proven track record of success in the entertainment, sports, or live events industry with experience in ticketing operations or premium programs.

Proficiency in ticketing platforms, reporting tools, and associated technologies, with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Solid understanding of dynamic pricing strategies, supply-and-demand economics, and advanced mathematical concepts.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple people, projects, large inventories, and tight deadlines under pressure.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and respond to inquiries from colleagues, clients, and customers

Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset, capable of going above and beyond to achieve success.

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work long, irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

The willingness and ability to travel frequently, including extended durations, to support international, domestic and regional programs.
Payscale: $90,373.00 - $115,000.00 Annually
Bonus: (If applicable) This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
